Fine Artist

After being raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Noah moved to Los Angeles following his undergraduate education to pursue an advanced degree in Physics at the University of California, Los Angeles. He obtained an M.S. in physics in 2005 and has been working at UCLA ever since in an engineering research facility doing electron microscopy. His education in the fine arts started in the very early years of his schooling and has encompassed a wide variety of styles and media, although he has gravitated almost exclusively to acrylic painting. While being born red-green colorblind has hindered his ability in reproducing natural colors, it has given him a freedom to pursue palettes that are more emotionally resonant with his ‘vision.’
